"Mr [Member Name Removed] was happy with services rendered. Unfortunately, on his last cleaning, he sexually harassed the 2 maids assigned to his home while there, had them clean up sexually used "items", as well as talked about very inappropriate sexual acts he liked to perform, followed up by calling them on their personal phones afterwards telling them he wanted to "take both of them out for drinks". The maids informed me they "felt defiled and did not ever want to go back". When Mr. [Member Name Removed] tried to set his next appt, I informed him "we had the right to refuse service", in which he followed up by threatening me to give a bad review. Sorry for the bad review, but I WILL NEVER HAVE MY MAIDS SEXUALLY HARASSED BY THIS MAN EVER AGAIN!"
