Team arrived on time and worked for the number of hours agreed upon. Team did an OK job but we have had to touch up several areas that were missed. Some of the areas missed were sticky areas on the tile floors, spiders around fireplace and other stone surfaces, dust on high cabinet surfaces, and shelf tops, etc. The biggest problem I had was I called, told her in detail what service I needed, agreed to a price and scheduled a time to come and do the work. Later that afternoon she called back and said she had mis-quoted the job and it was actually going to be more. I am not sure if this was an isolated issue or if they make a habit of quoting low and then after getting the work saying they mis-calculated the cost and needed more money. I could have cancelled but we were eager to move into the house and I didn't want to start the whole search process over again. The pricing error was their error not mine, some accommodation should have been made. If the cleaning had been perfect the price switch would not have bothered me as much but the quality of the cleaning was only mediocre.
