We do not use Subcontractors, our employees are drug tested and we run thorough background checks. Your first clean is always at a price that is more than your on going cleaning to get the home to standard so that we may keep it that way. If you live 30 minutes beyond our service area we do charge a $25.00 travel fee for each direction. Maid By Design wants to be your house cleaning professional, we are on time, use our own chemicals and equipment so you never have to worry about keeping things stocked. We are bonded and insured so you never have to worry about any responsibility for accidents and if anything is broken it will be replaced quickly. You will never have to worry about cleaning anything ever again, you will have all the time you need to spend with your family or doing things you love to do.

"Urine smell has to be removed with an enzyme cleaner. We do not regularly carry this with us for a limited cleaning such as your 3 hour clean and has to be asked for in advance. We are happy to use this if given advance notice. If you would like to purchase another cleaning we are happy to come and use this cleaner."
