He did an emergency call for us about 2 months earlier on a Sunday night at about 11:00 p.m. when our master bath flooded into our bedroom, closet and 2nd bathroom. He was fishing at the lake and left that so he could come and take care of our problem. His promptness saved us much money as there was less time for the water to soak up into the walls which would have caused much damage. It took him less than 2 hrs. to get most of the water out of the carpet (the carpet was completely soaked). We then just had to let fans dry it out. He actually contacted us a few days later to make sure everything was ok. He had told us he could come back if an odor was left behind and get rid of it. Fortunately that was not necessary.
We called several companies and none would provide emergency night service. The last one we called recommended we try Lucky 13.
I highly recommend Lucky 13 Carpet Cleaning to anyone and have recommended him to several already.
