LOWE'S

I'm neutral. I don;'t have anything bad to say about them. I use them quite a bit. Seems like I'm at Lowe's about six days a week. I have to go again today. We got something going on. They're fine. They delivered everything. The first microwave that they brought out, it was a very large microwave. It was still in the cardboard container so nobody had any idea. It was a couple of weeks later before we installed it and it had been dropped or something and the side was smashed in on it. We had to return that but there wasn't any problems with it. They had no way of knowing because it looked like it had been dropped before because the box was still in good shape. It was nothing that they could have noticed. It happened at the factory, I'm guessing.

The experience was good. I thought they had a good washer. They delivered it for free. It was a crazy good delivery service. I spent about $828 and I got 5 percent off. It feels good.

Our experience with them was very good. We were very happy with the quality of the windows. They did a good job on the installation. They also installed the storm door on the front door at the same time. We did have a few hiccups with regard to coordination a little bit at the very end, but it was fairly minor. All in all it was pretty good. I thought they did a good job.

The installers came out and installed my front door. The door was not right because they had to shim the hinges in order for the door to latch. Lowes came out to inspect the door and photoed the door in February. The manufacturers of door stated that it was the installers that did something wrong. Lowes would not correct the problem. Finally after much to do, Lowes is going to replace the door with a new one.

Great. They sent 2 guys from sub-contractor to install the light. We had to pay a little extra since our ceiling is 16 ft. They were very professional and were done quickly, picking up their mess.

THE DOORS WERE MANUFACTURED VERY ODDLY AND THEY WERE HAVING TROUBLE FITTING THEM. THEY FIXED EVERYTHING UP THAT WENT WRONG AND THEY DID ALL OF THE EXTRA WORK FOR FREE.

I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WHEN THEY WERE PUTTING IN THE STORM DOOR. THEY DAMAGED THE FRAME OF THE DOOR, BUT THEY DID COME BACK OUT TO FIX IT. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE. THEY COMPLETED THE SERVICE IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY DID GREAT CLEAN UP, AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS TOP OF THE LINE.

WE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY SLOW and IT TOOK THEM SEVERAL MONTHS TO FINISH OUR KITCHEN. THEY DID NOT COORDINATE WITH THE ELECTRICIAN and THE PLUMBER LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE.
