5-star. It was great. It was all good. They knew what they were doing.

window replaced, has damage on outside framing (cosmetic). Looks like window was dragged face down on a rough surface. Have talked to them about it twice, the rest is non returned phone calls, promises and texts. After looking at BBB is see a trend with this problem on installed windows and lack of taking care of the customer. Customer Beware !!

They have their installation department, and they were doing a special on roofing, so we went through them. That was my only complaint, the roofers did a great job, but Lowe's and their credit card company weren't on the same page. I've had to call them almost every month for the last four months, to make sure they get it right. It was an installed sales package and they were doing a low interest special for getting the work done. I thought it was probably the easiest way to finance, since I already had a credit card with them. They said that was the only problem in the whole thing, was getting their credit card company on the same page. The guys that did the work, that they subcontracted, they were excellent, they did fine work. The representative from Lowe's, was also very good. My only complaint was dealing with their finance company. The rep from Lowe's came out and did the estimate. The guys got a hold of me and let me know when they would could do it. All of that was real good, there was no problem. They were doing a low interest rate, I think it was like a 5.99% rate, but when I got the first bill, they had charged me the regular credit card rate at 25%, that's a big difference. I would probably say yeah, I would use them again, but I would probably ask a whole lot more questions, on the finance part. I think they finally got it squared away, but I won't know until I get my next bill. I've had to call each month to have them correct the bill. It's gotten taken care of, but it's been a hassle.

One of the things I do  like about Lowe's is they offer 1 10% discount for military veterans, that's one of the reasons I frequent them. Everything is good. The appliances was the major purchase from Lowe's. The rest of the stuff, I just go and buy either building materials and small hand tools thing, just regular hardware type stuff. I don't have any major purchases. They're basically identical.

I like everything about them. They are good, work is clean, and everything was good.

They have great customer service.

Overall, the experience from in store purchase to final installation was very positive. However, we got off to a rocky start with obtaining the initial quote. The appointment was made in a timely manner, however, weeks went by and we didn't hear from the sales person. We called the store twice within a 2 to 3 weeks time period. The second time I requested to speak with a manager. The manager apologized for the delay and committed to taking care of the matter immediately. Shortly afterwards, we received a quote from the sales rep.
We then went into the store to make the purchase. Lowe's personnel at the Yale location was very helpful, patient and professional. We were informed of next steps and was told an installation specialist will be in contact with us and will coordinate the installation from start to finish. There was a little confusion with the delivery which posed a little inconvenience, but it all worked out.
Rob and crew were the installers. (Rob installed outside doors and storm doors for us in the past) This was a big job with 34 windows and 8 being on the second floor. Rob set our expectations and stated it will take 4 to 5 days to complete the installation. We agreed to start on Tuesday, November 6th (Election Day). They worked Tuesday thru Friday installing 10 windows per day. They had to order some additional material so they came back on the following Tuesday to complete some outside wood work and again that Friday to complete some detail on the upstairs windows.
They also trimmed out a window that was not finished and hauled away some old windows that were in storage. I am totally pleased with the job from the wood work to caulking. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer focus attitude continue to earn my repeat service. I will continue to consider their service in the future.

Overall, the experience was great. They were knowledgeable about the install, arrived on time, and cleaned up afterwards. We had no problems.

Jason in lumber was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely helpful and went way, way, way above and beyond. He walked me all over the store, cut the wood for me, and even helped me to my car. He would not accept a tip, and I can't say enough about him. He was such a gentleman with wonderful manners. All of the boards were cut perfectly, and everything was the exact size. The window lady, Peggy, was wonderful as well. She is extremely knowledgeable and funny. They knew exactly what I needed, I couldn't be happier with them.

Wanting to take advantage of the energy efficiency tax credit, I contacted Lowe's for an estimate on new windows. Ideally, I wanted to replace 9 old windows but I wasn't sure I could afford it. Mark Sontag from Lowe's came over with one of his subcontractors, Bob Bracken, measured all 9 windows and within a day or 2, Mark provided the price of appx. $153 per window ($249.67 with installation). Considering I was going for the energy efficient windows, Mark explained the categories and features of those kinds of windows and was very helpful in letting me know that if I bought the windows by a particular date (sometime within 2 weeks of receiving the quote), the window company was providing a FREE upgrade from low-E to low-E with argon gas on each window. Considering the great price of the quote along with the free upgrade, I was able to sign up for the Lowe's credit card which allowed me to pay no interest for the first 12 months so I could break up the cost of this job into 12 manageable payments. Bob Bracken's crew, who installed the windows, did so in an efficient and professional manner. They were very courteous and did great work, making sure to clean their areas as they worked and ensuring at the end of the job that I was happy with the installation. Mark dropped by during the job to make sure everything was running smoothly. The install crew not only hauled off the old windows they replaced, they even hauled off 6 or 7 old windows I had in the garage from a previous window installation! This was a great experience and having worked with Home Depot and their subcontractors in the past, Lowe's is vastly superior and I recommend then without hesitation.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY DID HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF TROUBLE ARRIVING AT A PRICE. THEY PROVIDED SEVERAL DIFFERENT QUOTES. THEY SERVICE MAN SHOWED UP LATE, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THEY PROVIDED QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

THE GENTLEMEN WHO INSTALLED THE TILE FOR ME WAS VERY GOOD. HE CAME WHEN PROMISED AND HAD THE WORK DONE AT A REASONABLE TIME. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CALLED BEFORE COMING OUT. THEY WERE PROMPT AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD BEFORE PERFORMING THE WORK. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEARING OLD CARPET. THE NEW FLOORING WAS BEAUTIFUL. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE.

WELL I THINK THIS COMPANY DID A JOB WELL DONE WITH REMODELING MY BATHROOM. THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGHER THAN I SUSPECTED BECAUSE THEY HAD TO ORDER A NEW PART FOR MY TOILET. OTHERWISE THEIR WORK WAS SATISFACTORY.

THE GUYS WERE VERY NEAT WITH THE WORK. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING WITH CARE. THE APPEARANCE LOOKED BEAUTIFUL WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY WERE HARD WORKING AND FOCUSED AT ALL TIMES.

THEY WERE NOT HONEST WITH ME. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 2 DAYS TO SET UP, BUT INSTEAD THEY TOOK 2 WEEKS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED and DISPLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT NINE IN THE MORNING, AND DIDN'T SHOWED UP UNTIL ONE THIRTY THAT AFTERNOON. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO INSTALL THE CARPET THEMSELVES, BUT THEY CONTRACTED SOMEONE ELSE TO COME LAY THE CARPET AFTER WE PAID THEM TO DO IT.

THEY DID EVERYTHING ON SCHEDULE. THEY ALSO HAVE GOOD PRICES BECAUSE THEY SUPPLY ALL THE HARDWARE AND TOOLS FOR THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND DO AN AWESOME JOB.
