She's wonderful. She just won a three million dollar award and she's only been in business a couple of years. She's very thorough and listens well. She knows the community extremely well. So she knows all the different aspects of the community. She gives you all the time you need and doesn't rush you. She has an excellent reputation for fairness and especially for listening.
