I had them to take care of my house and rental properties. They got the things done very well. I truly recommend them to others and they were very trustworthy. They did the right job and not exporting money. They made sure that we were satisfied with the service. They offer quite competitive rate. They did everything with my expectation and I trust them a lot. I'm happy that they were always here to do my roof. When they did the roof repair they did a wonderful job and covered my landscaped to have no damage.

Installation went well. Lewis Roofing did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it. 1 small piece of flashing did not get painted around the chimney, but 1 phone call to them the day after installation and they where back out that day to correct the issue. I would highly recommend them for future roofing needs.

Lewis Roofing immediately completed the roof work the first week and ask for payment. Roofing was good. We paid what they asked. From that time forward they became difficult to contact. They would not meet with me in person and rarely returned phone calls. They would send text messages sometimes. Finally I demanded they must have the work done by a date certain and must meet in a face to face meeting to review their subcontractors and schedule, one week before the completion date. They refused to meet with us or commit to finishing the work by the specified date. ( painting should take two or three days. Insulation should take less than one day.) As a result I asked them to withdraw from the contract, which they did. It took them almost a week to provide a letter stating they had withdrawn and were paid in full.
Lewis way oversold their capabilities and were extremely difficult to communicate with. Instead of just doing the work they only gave me excuses for not doing the work. I would never use them again or recommend them for any project.

"We replaced the roof and the father of the owner wanted pictures of damaged decking from previous leak on old roof that had " " leaked in and damaged wood flooring and file a claim with insurance. We found no moisture issues in decking upon re-roofing and we would not stretch the truth so father could claim floors since daughter was selling home and moving out of state. Come to find out it was water/moisture from the crawlspace that was damaging flooring, and the father was extremely upset that we could not and would not help him facilitate a insurance claim to get new wood floors by making a claim with the daughters insurance and asked us not come back to home after re roofing! So yes we were hard to reach by father as he was berating us to do things that breach our code of ethics, and when daughter paid the bill we did release her from any other repairs we were to perform because we wanted out, and away from the situation!"

We were ripped off. The tile job was very poor quality and was not finished.uneven tile. grouting not finished. Some tiles are loose. painting not finished.bad overspray. textures do not match. Outside stucco was not finished.e was paid, but will not return calls or has not come back as he promised to finish the work.
