The owner's nephew did the installation. He came out on a windy day and installed the bottom part of the pool. He didn't level off the sand it was placed on, so we had indentations in the bottom, also a deep end and shallow end of the pool that was not to be. Then, he came back and installed the top half. It took him about 2 1/2 hours to install the whole pool. It was very shoddy workmanship. The ladder broke, but they did give us another. We called the office to talk to the salesman, but he had quit in a month's time, and then we got the run around with other people. So, the communication with the office was not satisfactory.
