Leather Interiors

So, I went to Leather Interiors to buy a leather sectional sofa. I met a salesman named Travis Todd there. Travis did a great job over selling a sofa he new was damaged. He claims that at the time of the sale he had no knowledge of the damage to this sectional. I find this hard to believe and here is why: when the delivery guys came to my home they took all the old furniture which I had arranged to have removed before hand out of my home. after they had moved all my heavy old furniture out they then carried in the first piece of my sectional which was undamaged then very last and without word of the damage on the next piece they bring in the damaged piece. I asked Tim Johnson the delivery man about the damage and he said Travis the salesman saw the damage and told him to deliver the sectional anyway he would take care of me. I quikly call Travis the salesman and ask him why he didn't call me about the damaged piece and after he tells me all about his terrible week he says he thought we could work it out were he would have it fixed. Three calls later and no results I left a message for a guy named Blake who is supposedly the owner of leather interiors. He calls me yelling at the top of his lungs about what my options were, he was yelling so loud I couldn't understand him so I told him to speak with my lawyer. Antoher thing I found dishonest about this whole thing is that when I paid with my debit card Travis the salesman had me sign what I thought was a salesslip well it turns out he slipped in a document saying I recieved my sectional without damage and this before they delivered it. I just hope My lawyer can help me.
