All services were performed quickly and professionally.  They were very straightforward and did not try to recommend any services I didn't need.  I was very satisfied with them and will return for future car maintenance.

Uneventful, which is what you want with routine maintenance.  2001 Honda Accord was serviced first thing in the morning per my appointment, completed very quickly while I waited.  Oil change a little pricey ($40.00), but other previous repairs and maintenance have been competitively priced, as far as I could tell.  They always provide a list of recommended maintenance for your next visit.  I will continue to use them.

We were looking for a car for my daughter.  We thought we'd found one and had Lazar check it out for us before we purchased.  Everything checked out okay....but we decided to keep looking.  We found a second car in OKC and was unable to have Lazar check it out for us before we purchased.  We went ahead and purchased the car and had Lazar check it out the following week. Because we had paid for one diagnostic, Lazar did the second one as a courtesy.  Now that's customer service!!  So accommodating and thorough. I will definitely be using Lazar for all of my auto repair needs.

My husband's Acura MDX was making a funny noise...a rattle as though something was loose.  He took it to the Acura dealer and they were unable to figure out the problem, but told him he needed brakes that would cost $600+dollars.    
We took the car to Lazar Imports, they figured out their was a problem with the stabilizer rod.  Fixed it for less than $200.  They also examined the brakes and determined there was not an issue.

Done quickly, no problems.  I've been a customer for 20+ years and have great faith in them doing the right thing at a good price.  There is not "up-selling" at Lazar.

I knew it would be an expensive repair because you have to take the entire intake out to access the gasket.  Everything went smoothly with the transaction.  I do plan to use Lazar for my future work on this car (2003 Mitsubishi Montero).

very well Left car over night all work was done by 4 pm next day. This is a toyota sequoia that has 250,000 miles on it. they also advised of some small problems that may need attention later but did not push to do them .

I am new to Tulsa so I was nervous about using a new mechanic for my car. A friend mentioned Lazar's so I checked the reviews on Angie's list and saw good reviews so I went for it. I was so happy! From the friendly phone conversation to set the appt. to the fact that they checked out my brakes and determined they only needed a tune up instead of replacement to the fact that they drove me home, and then picked me up when the car was ready-I was impressed. Everyone was friendly, the price was reasonable and they did the work in a timely fashion. Lazar's has won my future business. Thanks for taking the fear out of my experience..

They kept the car for several hours.  I arrived early in the morning and it was ready for pick up before schedule.  The old radiator was leaking water and getting hot.  This was replaced.  One speed on the windshield wipers did not work, and they replaced the wiper motor to work.

I was very happy to find a competent independent repair facility for my Subaru, many repair facilities will not work on Subaru engines due to their unique design.  I was extremely happy with the service and friendliness of Lazar.  I felt their prices were very reasonable for the parts and labor.  I will definitely be bringing my Subaru there for future service and telling others about my great experience there.

We have a Honda and they do servicing of import cars like Honda and Toyota. They are real good. They give excellent care to the automobiles. They are experienced. I take the car in and they diagnose it and immediately tell me what the problem is, how much to fix it and when they can fix it. I have been using them for over a year. They are pretty busy, but I just call in if I have a problem. Sometimes they take me home or give me a ride home while they are working on it and they call me after they have it fixed. It has always been good. They have always taken care of me real good. They do have walk-ins but then I may have to make an appointment depending on what is wrong. I can drop in and they will tell me when they can fix it. I would continue to use them in the future. They are real nice people.

The experience was very good. I had no complaints. They did it quickly and without problems. I've had no problems since. They were very honest. I've used them for quite a while.

I've been using them since 2006.  The last time I was there, they checked my transmission.  I find them to be extremely competent mechanics, that specialize in Asian imports.  They are a bit more expensive, but it's worth it.  I once had a problem that regular mechanics couldn't find, but Lazar spotted it right away.  I will continue to use Lazar in the future.

They are very professional. They fixed a short in the wires and showed me what else was wrong. They even offered to take me to work or bring me back home.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROBLEMS AND WHAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE SO MY VEHICLE WAS DRIVABLE AGAIN. EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF VERY QUICKLY WITH NO PROBLEMS OR SECOND GUESSING.
