We expressed $50k was the top end of our price range and they exceeded it by 30%.  There was two major problems: 1) every invoice they submitted was not as discussed - way over.  So we had to call and get each corrected, and 2) Their crew is Spanish and English translation was an issue.  This seems to be a common thread with landscaping crews and it costs more time and money and clearly puts a kink in the efficiency element not to mention it generates more cost to the customer.  VERY FRUSTRATING.  It was mutual that we part ways.

Their services were satisfactory. Their price was just right for the work done. I can also say they were professional in handling their clients. Probably, I will not use them again in the future.

The lights, parts, plus labor for the first year (2010) cost $1200.00 dollars. We did wait until the last minute to do this so we might of been charged more. We were told that the next year it would only cost us half or less than half. We received the bill and it was a bit more than half. I called around three times to have bulbs changed out. Sometimes they would show up, sometimes I had to call back and make sure they had not forgotten us. It rained not too long after the lights were hung and the lights on the tree were on all day (normally only on at night). The house lights only part of them would come on. I'm not sure what happened but they had to change out both timers. I would have thought since the timers were only a year old would have lasted longer, but apparently not. We also wanted to get another wreath to place on the other side of the house. On the first trip they came and put up the lights they did not bring any wreaths with them. A full week and a half passed and still no wreaths installed. I called the office and the lady apologized saying that they had more wreaths ordered than what they had in stock. (I thought that they would bring the same one from the year previous since we paid for it!) Anyways, they came out a few days after that phone call and placed the one wreath up over the garage. But they still had not brought the additional one that we wanted on the other side. The additional wreath never showed up. We did receive a phone call from the office lady about a week before Christmas asking my husband if the second wreath was ever installed. He told her no that is wasn't. Then she wanted to know if we still wanted it installed. He told her that it was a bit to late to be installing anything addtional since Christmas was only a week away! I believe this next season we will try and find someone else more affordable to put up our Christmas lights.

There is not much to tell. They were very punctual, professional and very hard working. A+++++++++++++++
