She is a good dentist and replaced some work that was done by another dentist. She also gave my kids Fluoride treatments and the billing office is excellent: however I had to wait for a month to get an appointment, I will use her again in the future.

The staff is friendly, and prompt as possible. They treat you nice and explain to you what they want to do, offered me choices and explained to me the pros and cons of each decision and then let me decide. During the dental work a massage pad was offered and turned on, I was asked if I wanted gas, and the music playing was pleasing. They did not rush me through or out, problems were handled and plans made to my satisfaction. Afterwords I went out and they scheduled my next appointment at that time, instead of a card that says when to call them to set up another appointment. A reminder will be sent also at the apt time I was told. Billing was handled as friendly as it could have been and insurance was filed with no problems, (which is extremely abnormal in my case). I walked out happy with the service.
