Karoll Martin just finished my Yukon Denali after I hit a deer, wiping out the entire front of my truck. The finished truck looks absolutely perfect. I could not be happier with the quality of work that Karoll Martin Paint and Body.

He said it was a super-easy fix and repaired it within 15 minutes. And he didn't charge me a dime. I am in the middle of a very hard time in my life, so this kindness was very much appreciated.

They worked very well with my insurance company to replace the back bumper on my Lexus RX300 and the estimate was reasonable enough that i didn't have to pay any out of pocket. Best of all is how clean and brand new looking my car was when i picked it up...i didn't even think it was my car! i will take my car back to them every time for body work. I've even taken the car in to have small dents and scratches replaced and the price was very reasonable.

My car was well taken care of. They actually took me back to look at my car while it was undergoing surgery. The preps were well done. The people are professional and friendly. The work took a bit longer than anticipated but was well worth the wait. They drove me home and picked me up when the work was done. If you have a high end vehicle as I do, this is where to go. I was very happy with them. Even the detailing of my car was excellently done. Wouldn't want to go any place else for auto body. They are well worth the price.

One of the first things I noticed at Karrol Martin was the high number of high-end luxury sports cars in his shop. I liked this because I figured the owners of these cars could afford to take them anyplace in the city, and I assumed they chose Karroll Martin as the best. Danny Martin looked at my car and I liked that because I think he is the owner. He told me he recommended painting the trunk without painting a substantial part of the rest of the car. He said it was my option. He explained that the paint on the new trunk might be a very slight difference in color, but that it didn't really make sense to repaint virtually the whole car when only the trunk lid was damaged. He told me that I would not notice any difference at all, and that if it was his own car, he would only have the trunk painted. I asked if he could save me some money by smoothing out the relatively small dent and repainting my trunk lid rather than ordering an entire new part. He opened my trunk, showed me how the thin metal skin is attached to an underlying frame of the trunk, and he explained why that would not work. Mr. Martin told me from the first day that my car had a chrome strip adhesively attached to the trunk lid that was not original. He also told me that he might not be able to find a replacement for it, but he would try. He said he would add it to his estimate. The piece was $125 and the complete estimate was $1,785.82. He acknowledged that this was an outrageous amount of money just to fix a trunk lid, but the cost of parts for the car are expensive. My insurance company is GEICO. Its estimate was $1,452.72. The main difference was that GEICO would only offer to pay for a used trunk lid and Danny Martin recommended a new trunk lid. At first, Karoll Martin Auto Body told me they would do all the "arguing" with the insurance company (for example, to pay for a new part instead of a used part), but then they made it plain they wanted me to call GEICO about the trunk lid. I didn't like that and told Karoll Martin I wanted them to deal with it because they told me they would. So they did; but they were not successful. I decided to pay extra for the new lid because that was their recommendation. After I authorized the work, I received a phone call from Karoll Martin, in about 10 days I think. They said, "your part arrived, it has been painted, and is ready to be installed". This surprised me and I was worried that they had painted it without first matching it to the rest of my car. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was ready that afternoon. When I picked it up, I was very pleased. I'm still very pleased. Just as Mr. Martin said, I couldn't tell the difference in the paint on the trunk lid compared to the paint on the rest of the undamaged car. Even though they failed to attach the chrome strip, they tried twice. Also, they told me from the beginning that it might not be possible.

I GOT INTO A HORRIBLE ACCIDENT AND TOTALLY SMASHED UP MY CAR. I THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE FOREVER TO HAVE IT FIXED BUT THEY MANAGED TO FINISH IT UP IN A FEW DAYS. WHEN HE HAD FINISHED, IT WAS LIKE THE CAR HAD NEVER BEEN IN A WRECK AT ALL.
