Joel had a great eye for detail and gave us some really good suggestions on design. He was super responsive when my husband had questions and was good about letting us know when he'd be here and then showing up on time. He was also super polite and respectful towards me and our house. The shower looks better than I could have imagined. I am a little OCD about details and crooked grout lines or uneven tile would have driven me crazy, so I am so glad he apparently has the same eye for detail ;). Overall, I feel we got impressive workmanship, prompt and courteous service, and someone who listened to us and made helpful suggestions all at a very competitive price. We would definitely recommend him!

I called Joel after getting a couple of other bids. One guy didnt want to be there, and the other guy gave me a bid that was extremely high. Joel arrived and measured the job. He listened to what I wanted, suggested options and discussed them with me. He is very easy to get along with and by the time he left I was fairly sure that I was going to give him the job. His estimate was reasonable, detailed and room by room line item. It was easy for me to pick out several things that I could do myself to save money, which saved me several hundred dollars.
Joel actually found us the tile we ended up using after we looked at probably a dozen other designs. He also saved us money on the tile as well. The install was done ontime, and looks fantastic. Joel has an eye for detail and cares about the work he does. I know because I looked over his shoulder for several days. He was good about that too 'cause if it bugged him, he never let it show!!
The removable tub surround was tricky and not much room for error. Joel and his guys took time to get it right. The installation of the mozaic inset in the bathroom was done with precision and Joel was very happy to make sure that I was involved in the process to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use his services again, and to recommend him to others.

A very professional job. He was very thorough with his estimate and accurate time wise with the schedule given at that time. Although we had an idea of how to pattern the tiles, he gave us suggestions that we used to add cosmetic appeal to the shower. A special touch: As stated earlier, we had purchased the tile on our own, and we thought that we were being smart by purchasing the concrete wallboard and mud-bed mix with it. Joel stated that he preferred different brands of each because of quality, and he went out of his way to load those items up in his truck, return them to the home improvement store, purchase what he preferred, and bring us a gift card with the change on it. We now have a beautiful shower, he does phenomenal work!

We contacted Joel to replace our very old carpet with tile. He made arrangements to come out and provided quite a detailed estimate. When the time came for the work to begin, he was on time, courteous and quite professional. The work was exceptional. His work ethic is beyond compare. After the 1st project went so well, we had him come back and do our kitchen and utility area. Once again, the work was exceptional. They were even able to fix a previous tiler's problems.

Joel arrived on the designated date at the designated time, checked the bathroom, preped the floor, laid the large stone tiles, grouted, cleaned the debris, cleaned up, removed the miscellaneous material, leaving me with the extra times and bag of grout. He was pleasant to talk with, informed, and very professional in his technique and result. He asked me to check the job before considering it complete, I did, and he presented his bill, which I immediately and with pleasure, paid in full.

Joel and his crew were on time, very professional, very respectful, and very polite. The job was completed on time. They also cleaned up their mess each day. We would recommend them very highly, and would be happy to use them again!

Best tile job I have seen in my 7 years of remodeling. Enough said.
