Handyman Service
He was referred to me by a friend. I was comfortable the first couple times he came to fix the toilet. We hired him again to build a ramp for our front porch. We gave him $160 for materials but then never heard from him again. I tried to contact him, but still have not heard back from him.

Personally wrote him a check for $400 and he left the moment I left for work with the money, never did the service, and went straight to the bank to cash the check. His phone on the profile is now disconnected and he is no longer at the 24th street address. Tried to serve him at small claims court and he did not show. Basically he is nowhere to be found. I highly recommend not doing service with Jeff Harley. I would hate for this to happen to somebody else.

THE MAN WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY NICE AND ASKED ME PERSONALLY HOW I WOULD LIKE HIM TO DO THE WORK. HE HAD REALLY GOOD TOOLS. THE MAN ALSO DID A GREAT JOB AND IT LOOKED WONDERFUL THAT I KEPT CALLING HIM.
