Arrived promptly. Gave me a quote and explained the process completely. Did not attempt to sell me and quot;extrasand quot;. Performed job in a timely manner. All stains were removed. Carpet looked fantastic. My only complaint was that a few corners and areas against baseboards were overlooked. I was preparing to sell my parents' house, and this cleaning made a huge difference in the overall impression that potential buyers will have.

They did a nice job and it's a fair price.

They are excellent work, and they come out very quickly. They clean and dry the carpet very nicely. They have a special process that dry the carpet quickly. They can also redo stain master in older carpets. I was extremely pleased with them, they are wonderful people. I trust them in my home. They take a personal interest in getting the job done right.

Overall I wasn't really impressed with the service and will continue to search for a solution. I felt that Gary could have spent a little more time making sure the job was done right. In addition there was no follow-up from the company's office personnel.

Called for service on a Thursday and they were able to do the job on Monday. Just moved into an office and there was nothing in the room except high speed internet cables and a laptop, so there was no furniture to move, etc. Just wanted to point that out. The area was approx. 250 sq. ft. and their minimum charge was $77. The cleaning process took about 45 minutes or less and the drying time for chemical cleaning vs. regular wet shampooing was substantial. (only about 1 1/2 hours). This is good if you're in a hurry to move in your furniture. The carpet turned out nice and most of the stains were removed. There were a couple in there that he couldn't get out, but when you're renting, there's no idea what's been dropped on a carpet, so I couldn't expect miracles. All in all, I think it was definitely a fair price for the results I got.

Appointment scheduled for 11:00-11:30, cleaner arrived around 10:30, vacuumed rugs, applied stain removal solution and cleaned carpets, and applied scotch guard.

Our 2 year old dog suddenly started peeing on the carpets. The technician cleaned 3 area rugs and removed the urine stains. Our oriental rug was the worst and he got most of the stains out (they were really bad). You can't tell that the the other rugs (synthetic and wool) had been pee'd on. The treatment to remove pet urine is very smelly, but it worked great.

I spent about $120 on the service. They were great. They did everything themselves. They did a wonderful job on the carpets. I have used them several times earlier. They are very good. I have been using them for 2-3 years. They take the stains out. I like what they use; the carpets dry quickly. Whatever they use is phenomenal; I really like it. They are very reasonable. They get the carpets cleaned. I will use them again in the future.

Teach was on time. Conducted himself professionaly. I showed him the work I wanted done. The teach then gave a price. For the upholstery he tested the wood to be sure it would not bleed if he got some of the upholstery cleaning chemical on it. Completed the work with excellent results in about 1 1/2 hours.

I have used them many times in the past and always been satisfied. The guy that showed up this time kind of hemmed/hawed and finally told me he couldn't do my rugs because he had bad knees and I have rugs on 2nd floor and in basement that needed cleaning. He left. I called the company to reschedule. The next day, 2 guys came, apologized profusely, cleaned my rugs and threw in "protectorant" at no extra charge. I will use them again, but will remind them that I have rugs on 3 floors, so don't send the guy w/ bad knees.

He was referred to me by a friend. They came out the first time, moved the furniture, and cleaned my carpet. It looked brand new when they were done. They came exactly when they said they would. They were here for an hour to do everything. It dried in 2 hours. They were incredibly nice and friendly. They made sure they didn't track anything in the house. They were great. After Christmas I took my real tree down. I found that my tree had been leaking for a month, there was mildew. They came out and cleaned again. There is not a trace. They guarantee their product and used the product for the mold and mildew. I also had a problem in a closet with mold and mildew. He found the source of the problem and will be coming back out when I get the problem taken care of. They put squares of plastic under each leg of furniture so you don't get spots from the finish. That is really going above and beyond.
