Nice people on phone for scheduling. Prompt Arrival. I was really worried about cost. The Bosch refrigerator could have had a compressor out--that was the way it seemed to us. They could have told us that and hit us with an $800 plus bill. But they properly diagnosed a failed compressor starter, and had it fixed during the visit. One of the most reasonable diagnosis charges ($70.00) which is waived if you have the work done.
Our Maytag washer just today developed a problem, and we immediately set up J & J again.
