They have Saturday walk in service. I had to wait my turn - about an hour. The vet spent a lot of time with us, getting to know my boxer and his history as well as our family history. Genuinely cared. Wrote very clear instructions. Seemed very thorough. Will be going back!

We love them and they've been in business a long time.

it wen't just fine....Jacox is very gentle and kind to my dog.  The place is a little dark and not as nice as it could be, but the vets there are very nice and know what they are doing.

Dr. Rawlings is amazing. After surgery she explained in detail everything that happened and gave instructions for care for post surgery. She is very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. The staff is friendly and they really care about the well being of my dog. I love Jacox and will return for future services.

They really liked them. They were really good with the dogs, it is like they really like the animals. They are very caring with them. We called a week before to get the appointment, and we got right in, so everything was great.

Everything went fine with no significant difficulties.

It was a very good experience. They're very friendly and they seemed to care for the dog so we went with them. What stood out to me was just how awesome they worked towards animals.

She liked him.  There really wasn't much to it.  Just took the dog in, get him groomed.  They groomed him and clipped him.  It was fine. It was good.  They said what they said they would do and they were fast.

Everything went perfectly -

One of many stories: On Halloween 2009, I was out in the backyard with my Doberman. He was being a dog, sniffing all over when he stopped in the far back corner. All of AC sudden, he was running to me and back to the corner. He did this several times. I followed him to the corner and found a pewter blue kitten the was very close to death.

Without a second thought, I picked up the tiny baby, wrapped her in a soft towel a raced to Jacox.

I ran into the clinic and showed the person behind the desk the kitten. With no hesitation, she took the baby and went to the exam room where Dr. Rawlings was treating another client. Immediately, she took the kitten to the back treatment room, with me following, and started giving the baby sub-cutaneous fluids. With a few minutes, the kitten revived, stood up and started yelling at Dr. Rawlings.

The kitten stayed at Jacox for about 3 weeks. She was seriously dehydrated and anemic due to a severe flea infestation. Dr. Rawlings estimated she was about 5 weeks old.

I brought her home towards the November.

my golden retriever had a large lump on her back. The dog's history was reviewed. The vet took lab samples and attempted to fluid from the mass without success.
A return appt. Was scheduled for the following week. The tumor was excised and in addition I had the dog spayed. I picked the dog up that evening. No complications.

This particular visit was to euthanize a dog I had had for 14 years!  Dr. Rawlings understood my feelings and responded to them.

From walking in the door to leaving the building, every thing and every person was wonderful.

It went fine I have done this several times.

I took my first puppy to Jacox since. I have used Jacox and their prices are still lower than most if not all vets. They have a older building, it is clean and functional and low overhead!!! -Jim

She is terrific! They are actually inexpensive compared to the veterinary care in this town.

I have used them for over 10 years for all of my dogs. They have great compassion, easy access, walk in clinic on Saturday, and kind, knowledgeable doctors and staff. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else in Tulsa.
