Hannah was great. Answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to talk and decide. Did not pressure or rush us. Will ask for her again if we need something else.

We bough a trampoline from them. They were really responsive and showed up on time and all that except the price. They have good quality and the service was great. They have really good staff. They are not cheap. I haven't compared their price but we just thought it's fair also because they have a good reputation.

Very well would and will use this business again for my needs.

They did a good job. I chose them because of the quality of the merchandize. I was looking for gas log that was realistic looking. And they had them, and they could install them with a remote on and off. They also have some unusual different thing like the fire places with the gas that comes up to the glass, instead of logs, a lot of assortment of things to choose from.

Visited Jack Wills based on recommendation from a friends. Roy Fields, a very knowledgeable Sales Associate for Jack Wills, showed us various options for our fireplace. Jack Wills showroom has a large selection of realistic gas log setups on display. Not the cheapest place in town, but price ranges for most anyone. We chose a Hargrove 9 pcs custom split log set up which included logs, H-burner, pan, grate, sand, embers, cinders, and connectors. Additionally for added ease-of-use we chose a remote control system which turns fireplace on/off with flame adjustment option. As for installation Roy recommended local contractor John McGuire. John did charge extra for travel to our Bartlesville home, but worth the money. John was knowledgeable and professional. He gave us some sorely needed advise to solve a fire back draft problem we were having. All around we are very please with our purchase and installation. Great customer service beginning to end.
