Description of Work: We have used Jack Beckham on several occassions and have always had a great experience. They are fair, honest and timely and go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. Our upstairs air wasn't working during the scorching heat and they came out on a Saturday evening to get it fixed. While the service guy was waiting for the unit to unfreeze he went ahead and checked our furnace and cleaned out both of our air conditioning units since we were paying by the hour. I didn't ask him to do that - he just did. That's what I mean by going the extra mile.
