It went extremely well and I enjoyed doing business with them. They were very timely with each visit to our home... arrived exactly when they promised. While the computer was at their shop, we stayed in touch to discuss needed repairs, recommendations, parts delivery status, and upgrades that we desired. Communications were excellent and clear. Very pleasant and competent people. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were knowledgable, personable and efficient. I am very ignorant when it comes to tech stuff and apparently no question is a stupid question to them. They were patient and explained details down to a level I could understand. Thanks Natalie and Jason.

I can't say enough positive about these two people. They are completely professional. And they will bend over backwards to make sure they do everything is right! They completely restored two computers for me that I thought were mostly useless; and they made them into fast working, very usable computers.
Their fees are about half or one-third of what you'd expect to pay at Geeks or Best Buy or such places. I was almost embarrassed to pay so little for all the work they did. They had to take one of the computers home to do the reloading of the operating sytem, and it sounded like they spent lots of time on it. And the fee for that was $45!
On top of all this, the two of them are personable, friendly people. We actually enjoyed visiting with them and showing off our pet birds. They're a great young couple.
If you're having trouble with a computer and don't call them, you're missing a bet. Call me if you like and I'll tell you more about them: 918-630-0902. I'm not Jason's brother-in-law, in case you're wondering. I'm just a very happy customer who thinks these folks are terrific.

They were a little late which mattered only because I was under a lot of pressure that day. However, once they got here, they were wonderful! It took them less than an hour to get the printer up and running. I wanted it repositioned on my desk and they did that. They gave me lots of information on what kinds of ink to buy and, in general, were very pleasant and helpful. They charge a flat rate of $65 per visit. That might be high for some jobs. It was more than worth it to me to have the printer up and running.

"Client was contacted 1hr before the scheduled time frame of 1-2 pm. Client was informed the previous client was taking longer than expected and most likely be 2-3 pm time frame, so that the previous client would receive the same level of service as do all of our clients. We showed up to clients location at 2:30, and finished installing printer, set up fax, fixed phone lines, positioned printer, and also connected printer to the network in about 20 or so minutes. Client informed us how happy they were. We do not charge hourley like most I.T. services."

I am very glad I sought their service before going anywhere. If I have any issues in the further ill definitely call them again. Tulsa needs to have more businesses like theirs, Honest, quick and simple.

They provided initial in-home diagnostics, and then took hardware so they could re-load OS on both. From start to finish, this took about four days from first meeting to final delivery of laptops. Price was reasonable, they were friendly and professional, and they resolved the problems on my systems...not much more to ask for.

Amazing. He was professional, thorough. Brought a female with him (a male in the home of a female-nice touch!) Did not appear rushed. Price was as stated originally, even though he did extra work. I highly, highly recommend him.

I found this company on Angie's List and chose them because of their good reviews. I am so glad I did! Jason and Natalie come to your house so you don't have to unhook your computer and take it in somewhere and pay a higher price. Their prices are very reasonable, and their knowledge is vast! In a short time they had my desktop running better than new. They had to take my laptop with them to get the bugs worked out of it, and when they brought it back, it was better than new. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again when my computers go on the blink. Another plus about this company: They show up when they say they will and they return calls when they say they will. What a concept!

Far from being a computer tech, I chose the first computer company listed on Angie's list that had solid references. I was not disappointed. Jason (the tech) and Natalie (wife, secretary, and co-computer tech) were able to schedule me for the day after I called. They arrived at my home amid the snow and ice which covered the streets and highways. They stuck with the job completing my long list of requests that very afternoon. They cleaned both computers, synced laptop to printer, fixed file sharing from desktop to laptop and vice versa, Jason also removed any viruses and worms he found. He cleaned both computers up so they run faster and cleaner. They answered all my questions, installed two new browsers, and on a later day, Jason fixed my Adobe Flash problem.
They even hauled off my old computer - minus the hard drive.
I was impressed with their knowledge, patience (mostly with me!), and professionalism. Color me a please and satisfied client. I will be using them again. I highly recommend J-U-Computer company.

I have used J - U in the past. Probably 3 or 4 times. I have been absolutely satisfied with the work. Jason is the main tech. As a female, I don't like servicemen coming into my home when I'm alone. He brought his assistant (which I think is his wife) which was comforting. He does great work. Seems to know his stuff. Was punctual, friendly and very reasonable. The only drawback is that he could be a bit more "professional" in his appearance. Not that I expect a suit and tie, but he was wearing a t-shirt and (i think) sweat pants or pull up type pants and sneakers. His assistant was dressed professional. He is a larger guy so don't be surprised. However, he is as friendly as they come. If you want some high class, fashion conscious, ultimate professional computer "geek", this is NOT your guy, but if you are looking for someone that does good work, is dependable, friendly and appears trust worthy, call him!

I've had Jason and Natalie come and fix my computer several times. They were quick and the price is right. Today they returned my call and were able to help me over the phone. I am happy to recomend them to anyone.
