We are an install service: Full shower rebuilds Tub surrounds Entry ways Ceramic Laminates Wood - nail down/ glue down Carpets - indoor/outdoor/Boats ( We currently are working with a boat and trailer repair business so to have the seats and what not taken out so to have the required glue down carpet installed - call for info. )

I haven't paid them as yet since they needed to come back and improve upon some of the work but they never showed up. They had done work for me earlier and that was great but they didn't do a good job the last time. I liked the fact that they are hands-on. He did a good job the previous time and was attentive to my needs and the price was right. It was just the opposite the second time and he rushed the job and made a lot of mistakes. He showed up when he said he would. He said he was going to come back and correct it but he never did. He never showed up to get paid either.

"I do apologize for not responding earlier to this post. I was contacted by Angie's List rep. this morning following up on this review from the member's last project with JL Custom Flooring Installs*. The member is correct, he has not paid for the completed work that was performed April 15,2011. He had ran short material and never rescheduled for the cove base to be installed. April 29th,2011 @8:53am ( nine days later) I contacted the member to learn he had a different installer complete the cove base for a cheaper price and that he now needed our installer to come back out and do some repairs due to the installer that had finished the installation didn't install it to his satisfactory. Apparently the finishing installer did not warranty his work. I explained that we could not warranty another installers work, but that we would be more than happy to come out for a min. of 60.00 for a repair that needed to be paid at the time of repair due to there was still monies due for labor. The member was not happy with the 60.00 min. cost. Again we would be more than happy to come out and do repairs for a min. of 60.00. It is of great sadness that we was not able to make this customer completely satisfied. However unfortunately owning your own small family business this is the nature of the beast on both ends of the spectrum. We apologize and wish the member the very best in all his adventures. And have and will continue to send customs his way so that his small business will thrive. We ask that all our customers, past, current and future follow up on trades and make sure they are insured and offers warranties for your protection as the homeowner/business owner. I give them an A++++! Professionalism was an "11", on a scale of 1 - 10! I had trouble finding someone who was willing to come out to our house and do such a small job. But James and his wife Melissa were very responsive and willing to please. I have had a lot of experience hiring (and firing) sub-contractors when I served as General Contractor for the construction of our home 2 years ago. Finding a reliable, trust-worthy contractor who is responsive and who shows up on time…actually does the work he said he would do, for the price he quoted…is so, so rare! I was very impressed with their company...they made our little project just as important as the big ones they have!!!
