I spoke with the Integrity Customs L.L.C. sales manager Ron about these problems and all I got was lies and harassment in return, to sum it up he said 'it was not his problem'. I went back to the dealership where I bought my car and had them handle it. The car was sent back to Integrity Customs L.L.C., who then put the right roof rack on but mounted it out in the middle of the roof, to cover the first holes they put in the roof, instead of repairing the holes and mounting the roof rack properly. This put even more holes in the middle of the roof! They also conveniently forgot to install the proper alarm as well.
When confronting them about this, again all I got was more lies and more harassment. The dealership had to get involved again and we decided to have everything removed and the car repaired since Integrity Customs refused to properly install what I had paid for. Once the car was at the body shop I saw that they had just used sheet metal screws to install the roof rack instead of the bolts that were supplied with the roof rack, causing even more damage than we were aware of, as the metal was bent as far as 3 inches away from the holes. This would have leaked and been very, very, very dangerous to go down the road with.
Now this is my personal opinion but I hope this place goes out of business as soon as possible, for the safety of everyone on the road and so people do not get subjected to the cheating, lying, harassment, no regard for safety, no skill, no professionalism, no integrity type of business they run. What an incompetent business!! Not just zero stars but MINUS 50 stars !!
