They worked in conjunction with another company and the whole process took months which was from April to October to complete. It was an extended period and their quality as well as follow up was not all that awesome. They are supposed to be a guarantee for the effectiveness of the system but honestly for two years they have made promises to come out and look at things but have taken things for granted. Their overall plan was good but it was just the carry through and follow up that was bad. I did not have any trouble with the equipment which they used like the sprinkler controls and sprinkler heads. I would not use them again in the future which I feel is unfortunate since I think they have a decent product but they just can’t follow it up.
