We will never hire 360 painting again. Steven sent out a man to paint four ceilings. He did not have a ladder. We believe he is not an employee of 360 painting. All of the paintbrushes, the floor coverings, the extended paint roller, all brand new. The man did not have an ounce of paint on his clothes. There were supposed to be two coats painted on the ceilings. He did not paint two coats on the two ceilings that he said he completed. Also, his lines between the ceiling and the wall paint were very crooked. The first day he worked three hours. The second day he worked four hours. We were told it would be a one day job and possibly a little bit over on a second day. I called Steven, the owner of 360 painting when the guy left after four hours on the second day. I told him not to have the guy come back. There was no effort by the owner to make things right. We did not pay.

The frame panel between the garage and 2nd story roof was apparently steam cleaned with more force or from less distance than the other two panels, resulting in various frame areas that exhibit loss of some framing. Probably will need additional work and paint to return to its original condition.

Way too many mistakes and small goofs that they should have fixed. If you dont see them during the walkthrough they want to charge you to come back to fix them. So do a very good walk-through and dont expect a real professional paint job. They paint around bathroom accessories instead of removing so ours had paint on them and everything had overspray on it. They do no repairs to your walls and did not respect your property. After you fix all the little goofs throughout your house then paint job is pretty decent.

Communication could be better. Ceiling fans could have been better covered. Quality could be better. Paid for more than was done. Overall for the cost, the work was ok.

I am extremely picky and was amazed at the job they did. Not only did their references reflect their high level of service but it was surprising to me how much other homeowners enjoyed working with the crews and having them at their home. I wasnâ t the easiest customerâ ¦I delayed the start of the job and had many concerns along the way. I canâ t say enough about Steven and his staff. The office staff kept me appraised of each stage was always available. Steven personally called to address my worries about the process. Claudia was the color coordinator and she was so helpful and supportive of our bold color choice. I would not have had the confidence to make such a bold change had it not been for her enthusiastic support! Edgar was the crew leader for our job. He was absolutely outstanding. He was patient with our questions. He and his crew were extremely careful with our home and our property. Additionally they took extra care to keep things put up every single day so that our dogs could go outside. From a technical perspective they took exceptional care to clean and prep my home so that I ended up with an outstanding paint job. As I stated earlier Iâ m extremely picky and Iâ ve done all of my own interior paint. I have never met a contractor that has been able to live up to my expectations until Steven and his crew with Edgar in the lead. I have waited to post a review until at least six months to see if there were any problems. So far it looks as good as it did on the day they finished the job. So far I have not had any concerns but I have all the confidence that if anything should arise Steven and his company will stand behind their paint job. The service of 360 painting from the office staff to every member on our paint crew did an outstanding job. I was so thrilled especially considering that they were one of the most competitive bids that we had. I will use them again if the opportunity arises. Also I will recommend them to all of my family and friends

I hired them in the winter and knew it would be done when weather allowed. I was kept informed when they would be here. Also had to have a lot of wood on the house replaced, they did an excellent job with that too. Their workers were very nice and friendly and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

We had 360 paint the interior of our house (walls and some ceilings) and they did a wonderful job. I am kind of picky and was worried about a poor quality job being done. After they were done spraying the trim and doors I knew I had hired the right company. Lines were nice and straight, no drips, sags or overspray. A excellent job was also done on the walls and ceilings. Brandon did a super job and his attention to detail was awesome. He is a real asset to your company! I am real happy with the outcome and would definitely hire them again. Rich
