Very well.  I bought my Heating/Air conditioner from them over 10 years ago and they have come out twice a year since then for Maintence, clean my filter, replace parts as needed.  Very professional and excellent customer service!!

They were horrible and I think it was fraudulent service. They sold me a heating and air conditioning system. It was for a place that I wasn't living in and I didn't realize that the air conditioner didn't work. There was something wrong with it every time we turned it on and I had to pay for repairs on it. This was two times, and he came and checked it the third time it didn't work and said that there was nothing wrong with it and that I needed new windows. I put in new windows but I didn't believe what he said, so I shut up every room in the house except the living room but it couldn't cool even the living room. He came out and said that he had sold us the cheapest unit in the market but I hadn't paid him for the cheapest one. He was doing a completely new system, so there was no reason for him to sell me an inadequate and less than functional air conditioner. He then told me that it was out of warranty and that he would back fit it with some equipment that no longer met the standard. He wanted to charge me when he came out and told me that it wasn't working after all. I had another person take a look at it and I asked him as to how could a brand new air conditioner fail when we hadn't used it and he told me that it could have been installed improperly.

I have them out every fall to do the furnace.  I've used them for over twenty years.  They are wonderful.  They came out probably in April.  I wouldn't use anybody else.
