We were very happy to have replaced the old machines we had with these new ones. The price was really good and Dianne from the Service Department was very helpful and supportive. They called before they came out and the only thing we would have liked that could have been better was in the installation. They slightly scratched one of the walls and the machines were installed a little off level. Other than that, we were satisfied and will use them again.

Long wait time (18 days between purchase and installation). "Special orders" (even though it was a common model) really tacks on time. I think the installers, generally, kind of have a, "I wonder what problem I can find to get out of the install," rather than a, "how do I make this install happen" attitude. I had to guide them through a number of things in order to get the install done. So once they're in the door, you've kind of got to push them to just not stop and give up. In the end, the dishwasher was installed okay (not excellent, but okay). There were some foam/plastic pieces left over. When asked, they claimed it was, "extra installation stuff for washers that weren't tall or wide enough." I believed them and let them go. Then I read the install instructions. Nope, those were extra sound dampening pieces that come with the higher end models. Maytag sells those sound dampening pieces as an upgraded feature. I ended up installing them myself rather than calling them.

I was not told that the nice 2X4 door trim on the outside of my house was going to be replaced with 1 inch cedar trim. When I asked about the down grade, I was told that the thicker trim would no longer fit around the exterior of my doors, that it would stick out too far, so the thinner trim had to be used. This was all done without discussing this change. I was also told that it would have cost me about $300 more to get bigger doors that would have been the same size as the ones removed. I was not offered this option, and would have gladly paid for the larger doors. The man who came to do the initial measurements on my doors, did not have a pencil or paper, and told me he could keep all the numbers in his head. I don't think he did!

I HAD THEM INSTALL AN AWKWARDLY-SHAPED COUNTERTOP IN MY KITCHEN. THEY WORKED AND CLEANED AS THEY INSTALLED IT. IT ONLY TOOK THEM TWO HOURS TO INSTALL MY NICE LOOKING COUNTERTOP.

THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT THE RIGHT KIND FOR MY KITCHEN. THEY EVEN RECOMMENDED SOME OTHER MATERIALS THAT I MIGHT NEED IF I WANTED TO REFINISHED SOME CABINETS AS WELL.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND FAST. THEY CAME IN ON TIME AND GOT TO WORK ON THE PROJECT RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID GREAT WORK, CLEANED UP AS THEY WENT, AND TOOK EVERYTHING WITH THEM WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THEY ONLY TOOK TWO DAYS TO FINISH MY KITCHEN! MY FAMILY WAS SO HAPPY WE COULD HAVE A REAL MEAL AGAIN. THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THEIR WORK.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT, BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PERSON WHO INSTALLED IT. THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, AND THEY HELPED US FIND THE MATERIALS WE WERE LOOKING FOR.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE HOW THE EMPLOYEES BEHAVED AND WORKED, AND THE END RESULT IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT THE PRICES WERE WAY TO HIGH FOR THE WORK THEY DID. I WILL NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.

MY NEW GARAGE DOOR WORKS GREAT. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM VERY LONG TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND THEY GOT IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
