From the beginning it was not good.  Both workers were Spanish speaking.  One didn't speak english, it appeared; the other (who appeared to be in charge) spoke only words of english, not complete sentences and from his responses to my questions, etc he appeared to not understand english very well at all.  I had questions which could not be answered and eventually gave up trying to convey my concerns.  The tiling pattern is installed with the grout lines not matching up from row to row.  The tiles are not cut to fit properly against the cabinets and are grouted there instead of being caulked.  Not chalk lines were snapped before beginning the tiling.  Grout was pushed up against all the walls.  Later when the baseboards were installed that grout had to be chipped away in order to get the boards to fit properly.  Old tile was left in the adjacent laundry room.  A neat grout line was supposed to be put between the old and new tile.  This wasn't done properly and is a mess with those tiles being cut crooked and ugly grout lines.  My carpet in the living room which abutts the new tile was supposed to be restretched and a tack strip installed along the 13 or so feet of this.  That has not been done and the carpet and padding are just laying on the floor next to the installed tile.  On two occasions the Cooper Co. made an appointment with me to view the problems (We sent them photos showing various parts of the installation process and the conclusion); they never showed nor called.  I finally contacted Home Depot (71st St. store in Tulsa) and then Cooper Co. responded and had a person come do an inspection.  That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything since then.  I will have to make yet another phone call.  Also dirty hand prints and smudges were all over my walls and bits of grout and mortar was left on my new cabinets.  My back gate through which they had access to the outside water spigot was left with white marks where they neglected to clean up before it dried.  That mess can't be removed and will have to weather off, I suppose.  As an aside, I have done a number of tile jobs over the years and understand good practices involved in tiling.  These people did not use good practices.  The inspection person who viewed the job told me that the way the job was done and the appearance of the tile grout lines was the way his company did it.  Very, very poor in almost every respect.

After 5 days, the provider had not responded to my request for a quote via phone, or text, or e-mail. I hired someone else that was more responsive.

They did a good job. I would recommend them to anyone, and use them again.

I would give them A's all the way through and I would use them again.

They were punctual, the price was good, but the installation was terrible. It was just a bad installation. I've had to have someone else come out on two occasions to stretch it out and I've never had that problem in my life. Both times they came out they told me that it was bad installation and that I will have the same problem again.

The installer arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a fantastic job, although I found the price very expensive. It took a little over a day for the job to be done.

The entire process went very well. We were trying to remodel our kitchen on a budget and had been told that it would not be possible for what we were willing to pay by some companies. However, Tom at Home Depot did a very good job of designing a kitchen for us that looked very nice, had great features, and remained affordable. After they designed our kitchen for us, we placed our cabinet order and their arrived in around 4 weeks. Shortly after that Home Depot's subcontracted installer came to our house and did the demo work. After getting the electrical and plumbing roughed in, the installers then replaced the plaster with Sheetrock and finished the sub floor. Finally, they installed the cabinets and flooring and we got the countertops measured next. It took about 6 weeks to receive the countertops after templating, but this seems like the average wait in Tulsa right now. Overall, they did a very good job. I would highly recommend Tom and I will definitely use their subcontractor.

I WASN'T VERY SATISFIED WITH HOME DEPOT BUT THEIR WORKERS WERE GREAT. I ENJOYED THEIR COMPANY WHEN THEY WERE WORKING BECAUSE THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND ACTUALLY HELD A CONVERSATION WITH ME WHILE WORKING.

THEY PUT NEW DOORS ON IN THE FRONT AND BACK. I REALLY LIKED THE WAY IT MADE MY HOUSE LOOK. I NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT A COUPLE OF NEW DOORS COULD CHANGE THE WAY MY HOUSE LOOKS.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR CARPET IS JUST SUPERB AND THEIR INSTALLATION SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AS WELL. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND FINISHED THE JOB QUICKER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I HAD PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, SO THAT'S WHY I HIRED THEM. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF I NEEDED ANOTHER DOOR REPLACED IN THE FUTURE.
