Floor buffer rental. When renting you can not put them on hold ahead of time. They will allow you to reserve it for 30 minutes. How is someone suppose to plan ahead. Second when I went to get it at 8AM the only had on left the other two were out of service. Finally I get to the job and it was a 210 machine. When I called the store to ask about it the guy at the rental counter (Clay) tried to make it sound like I did not know how to plug it in. Then I had to return the entire unit at 2 pm messing with my entire day. Furthermore he (Clay) didn't even care.

I liked it better. Home Depot is a better store than the other hardware stores. They had better plants and trees. They have a good quality for the plants. They also had plans were you can go and learn how to do things on your own. I love that. It's really interesting. There was always somebody there if I need him. I don't have to go around looking for somebody.
