It was a mixed bag. Positives: - manager who came out to take measurements and explain details of contract was thorough, attentive to detail, professional. - quartz countertops were delivered and installed with care. Seams between pieces are virtually invisible. Negatives: - countertops were purchased through Lowe's, and Lowe's hired Hoffman Fixtures Co. as the contractor. Communication between Hoffman and Lowe's was poor (mostly Lowe's fault); Hoffman and Lowe's (especially) communicated poorly with us, not calling multiple times after promising to do so, long delays in scheduling each next step. - as a result of above, Hoffman removed all our backsplash tile, contrary to advanced requests to Lowe's to NOT do it. We incurred app. $900 in expenses due to this communication failure. - one piece of countertop required support brackets, and wrong dimensions were ordered twice, with a wait period of app. 2 weeks in between. As a result, project completion was delayed by 1 month.

Once we paid our up front 50% the contractor was seldom on site, only the subcontractors. If we saw a problem and called it was addressed, and occasionally corrected, mostly ingored. The contract that we accepted was vague and often used as an excuse for not doing the work that we were promised. Several parts of the project were not done to our satisfaction and even with repeated comments on our part were never done, and in the end we were told that they would not be done. In the end we have a bathroom with inadequate storage, a toilet that they are unable to level, a damaged shower with a poorly color matched patch, and no toilet paper holder or towel rack, ( they say not part of the contract and asked for an extra $750.00 to add them ). Finally after several months they announce that they were done. When we suggested that we not pay the second 50% and use the money to hire a contractor to re do the job they threatened to sue.

We are extremely pleased with Hoffman Fixtures Company.  During the installation of the kitchen countertops we had a few concerns.  Hoffman quickly responded and addressed our concerns.  The customer service is outstanding.  The General Manager, Jarod, Operations Manager, Christy and Field Manager, Damon kept us informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to accommodate us.  We will definitely be using Hoffman in the future and will be referring our friends and family members to them.  Bravo.

We selected Hoffman due to some friend's recommendations who had used them for their kitchen.  We visited their showroom and looked at all the options where we were able to select the sink, faucet and granite color.  Everyone was friendly, the install happened within a couple of weeks.  The installers showed up and installed everything quickly.  The whole transaction went very smooth and my wife and I couldn't be more happy with the bathroom.
Next we will be upgrading our island and countertops in our kitchen - we'll be working with Hoffman again for that.

I ENJOYED HOFFMAN'S SERVICES BECAUSE THEY WERE PROMPT AND RELIABLE. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS IMPECCABLE.

THEIR SERVICE WAS FAST, FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE. THE WORKERS ARE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THEY FINISHED THE JOB ON TIME AND HAD DONE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED IN MY KITCHEN.

THEY SHOWED UP PREPARED TO DO THE JOB AND THEY PERFORMED IT IN A VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFICIENT MANNER. THEY WERE ON TIME AND ON TASK. THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT WAS WONDERFUL.
