Hatfield Plumbing and Drain

Horrible, they never completed the job! the first day they said they required 50% down because we have an out of stated phone number. Then they said they would be here at 10am and didn't arrive till 12pm only to say they they had to leave to go pay their light bill because it was disconnected. they took over 30 days to even get the job to a point where it looked done. After they claimed they were not going to work anymore until we give them more money we fired them. They never completed the job they always had an excuse of car trouble or they forgot I would text them daily and they always promised it was going to get taken care of but they never came on time. Never completed and eventually filled a claim of a lien on our home because we would not give them more money because they said they had to charge more because they didn't realize they under charged. Really crappy service and they acted like they were on drugs and even smelled of it. Do not trust them.

They arrived a little later than expected. They brought a helper. By 2:00 p.m. Shawn and Angie left "to go pick up the kids from school" Why both of them had to go I never understood. I expected that they would come back. They did not come back on Monday and did not finish the job as scheduled. They were to arrive Tuesday by 8:30 but did not arrive until about 10:30. They were to let another contractor in and that contractor left because they were not there. They said that they forgot about a doctor appointment but promised to "get everything taken care of".
They texted pictures of the work that they completed. Even though I went over everything that I wanted done they then said that their bid did not include everything (they thought that I was ok with some work being performed at a later date). Based upon the pictures I authorized them to make a partial charge to my credit card. When I returned and inspected the work it was not done properly or as agreed. I texted pictures of what I was not happy with and they responded, "We will take care of everything Monday morning." 
On Monday they texted that they would have to move the appointment to "tomorrow". On Tuesday they texted that Shawn could be there Wednesday between 3 and 6. On Wednesday they texted to see if they could be there on Friday morning. On Friday they texted that they would be there on Monday. I said "no problem". On Monday when they did not show up I texted and asked for Shawn to call me. He never called. On Tuesday I again requested a phone call but never received one. On Wednesday I texted that I needed Angie or Shawn to call me ASAP. Angie responded that they would call be "before 11am". On Wednesday at 11:24 I texted that if they did not finish the job I would be filing complaints with the BBB and post a negative review on Angie's List. Angie responded that they were "broke down on the side of the highway" and wrote a lengthy email now saying that they had completed everything. I responded "not true" I would never do business with them again. I have all of the texts to document the statement contained herein.

Shawn was very knowledgeable and professional. Each day on the job began with a trip to pick up parts/equipment before starting the job, or his arrival was postponed a few hours to days for one reason or another. He was interrupted multiple times by "emergency" calls and would not return for days.

Shawn does very good work. everything he replaced or fixed works great and looks good. Not only is he a good plumber he is very good at sheet rock, mud and tape.

 This was the second job he did for me. The first job was at my Mother's house. He fixed several problems under her house. He was reasonable on the price, and fixed a problem that had been their for a while.

really well and in a timely manner and was very professional and respectful of my home.
