They placed a dumpster that I never ordered in front of my driveway inches from my garage door preventing my car from coming and going. When I was trying to get out I called the number on the side of the dumpster only to be met by a voice recording saying the office was closed they had an emergency number listed I called that and got no answer. I got a call back a few minutes later only to be told to call the cops and get cussed out by a male on the other line who gave no cares that they were blocking me in what kind of a business and customer service is this???

Tulsa Renew ordered a 20 yard dumpster to be delivered to my home for construction work that they were performing. A 30 yard dumpster was delivered and placed on a new concrete driveway. I live on a dead end street in Washington County. When the dumpster was delivered, the driver had some difficulty in getting it set up on the driveway. The space was tight and the truck had to be backed out of the street onto a major traffic street in Bartlesville. When the dumpster was to be picked up, the driver could not get the dumpster out of the driveway. He tore up the yard across the street from my driveway and came inches from knocking the dumpster into my carport. He repaired the damages to the neighbor's yard and left without the dumpster. After talking to the staff at Harley Hollan several times, I was assured that they would send their "best driver" to pick up the dumpster. The second attempt to pick up the dumpster ended with the street being blocked for three and a half hours, two mailboxes being taken down, and the carport corner post being bent. The new driveway was scraped and had gouges and corners broken off several sections. The driver requested help from his supervisor, who did show up. Neither had sufficient problem solving skills to get the dumpster out of the driveway without damage to property. Tulsa Renew took pictures of the damages and requested repairs. My neighbor made repeated phone calls concerning damages to his yard. Harley Hollan sent out employees to fill in the holes in the neighbor's yard (hole was about two feet deep and about ten feet long) and holes in my yard. Heavy rain washed away several inches of dirt, so the neighbor requested sod be added. Several days later, workers added the sod. They also set up the two mailboxes. However, my mailbox is not balanced and consequently the door to the mailbox will not stay shut. They also put in a new carport corner post and painted it. The driveway still has scrapes and gouges and is broken/chipped at the corners. Harley Hollan tells me that there is very little they can do about that!!! My contacts with Harley Hollan were mostly professional. I did have a problem with one of the workers who put in the new carport corner post. He asked my how many times I had hit the post with my car. I felt like this comment was blaming me for the damages, rather than the company taking responsibility for the damage. By the way, there were no dents in the post prior to Harley Hollan! My new driveway is now a source of irritation and a reminder of the lack of respect shown for my property by Harley Hollan. I would never deal with this company again.
