The person doing the repair was detailed and thorough.

This was the 3rd time I have used Kevin for jobs around our home.  As usual, Kevin was prompt and professional.  He completed the tasks in 3 days.  No issues.  So nice to have a job done right the first time!

He was awesome. I gave him money, he actually went and got the supplies that he needed and stuff instead of asking me to do it. He cares about what he's doing and takes his time. He also had to do the roofing. He was going to do it by himself and I told him like, "You do it on a Saturday and I'll go out there and help you with it." He taught me how to do the shingles, how to replace ones because I ended up with the shingles getting torn off and he showed me how I could replace it. I'm not afraid of work. He was excellent. The guy was amazing. He did so much that he didn't have to. He had a brother come out and help him. He's a really good guy. He knew that I was a dumb blonde chick who was not going to have a clue on what I was doing. I was watching him out there like measure stuff out and write it down and double check it so I knew he wasn't just throwing it together. The price was great.

Kevin is a professional. He does quality work and everything was done right the first time.

In October of 2013, he replaced some screen panels on the back porch and rebuilt the screen door. He also replaced some of the damaged wood framing and painted the door and framing.

In December of 2013, he replaced a damaged subfloor in my daughter's house, put down a whole new subfloor and laid cork flooring on top of subfloor. He was neat, fast and everything looks great. It was a pleasure working with him.

The project went extremely well. Prior to starting, we discussed my idea for the layout and desired finished look. Kevin surveyed the area, measured and calculated the materials needed to complete. Our HOA required detailed information for the proposed project and Kevin provided the necessary information for approval. On the day work started, Kevin and his assistant arrived on time, removed all furniture from the courtyard and worked for approx. 7 hours. The project was completed the next day and it looks fabulous - even better than we had envisioned. All construction tools and materials were removed, the furniture replaced and the courtyard cleaned. Everyone who has seen the courtyard before and after is very impressed. Excellent job! We have worked with Kevin before on many different types of projects and he always does outstanding work. He is very courteous, respectful, prompt and skilled.

Did his best to do everything we needed with affordable materials! Came back multiple times to finish the job.

They were great.

We we very pleased with the removal of the window box. The price was fair for the type of project involved. They are busy and it may require some creative scheduling to get things done. I was disappointed that we haven't heard from the company since the removal and we may need to find another company to finish the project.

The man arrived at the specified time. Was very friendly and professional. The only problem I had was that he dripped water/dirt on my carpet on his way in and way out. He realized it and wiped it up as well as he could. I used a little carpet cleaner and eveything came out.

The men called to notify me, that they were going to arrive a little late and arrived, at the new time. The men (2) were professional and courteous. They viewed all work to be done and proceeded to complete everything, within 2 hours. They even went to hardware store, to purchase parts needed. I was very pleased.

I THOUGHT HE WAS AN AVERAGE OLD JOE. HE WAS REALLY NICE AND FUNNY. HE DID NOT TRY TO TAKE MORE MONEY THAN WHAT WAS OWED. HE WAS EASY GOING AND NOT PUSHY. HE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO BLOW SMOKE.
