Hamilton-Speaks Guttering Co

Called from the first day of my Angie's list membership, approx 12/1/09 I think. Return phone call 2 days later. From previous reports I expected delays but good service. It is now 1/7/10. Have had three phone calls relating to getting the estimate, but never (that I know of) did he show at the house. I was planning to use him due to the quality reported in others' reports but can't since no est provided. I know that there was a family hardship sometime shortly after the first contact, but there were two phone calls since then. Each phone call was inspired by my leaving a message.

A little hard to reach them due to the extra business due to the rains. They came by and gave me a hand-written estimate, then returned two days later with a crew of three and did the job. They were very careful with landscaping and plants, and were all real gentlemen. They flushed out all the debris and cleaned it up off of my patio. They took the time to explain to me what had happened. Did not try to "sell" anything I didn't need and seemed honest.

I WAS PLEASED THAT THEY DID WORK IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER. ONE THING THAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME IS HOW THOROUGH THEY WERE. THEY DID ALL THAT WORK, CORRECTLY, IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

THEY COME TO MY HOME WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE. THEY WERE VERY NEAT ABOUT THEIR JOB. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE JOB AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE THEM TO COMPLETE. MY GUTTERS LOOK GREAT.
