They put traps on my daughter's property cause she was having mice in her house. They came for two visits. They did the first initial one and then they did a followup one. They were wonderful. They were very available. They were very professional.

Workers were on time, worked quickly, cleaned everything up after the work was done. The cost they quoted was the amount they charged, no hidden fees. Very happy.

I was not that impressed with them. I wasn't glad in the treatment of the bugs that I have in my place and they charged me more to come out again because they weren't gone. The bugs came back.

"Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your service despite our efforts to communicate and compromise with you in order to solve your issue. However, it is important for those reading this review to note that our "Big Deal Special" was a general treatment advertised to treat spiders, ants, crickets, and beetles. This special deal came with a 30 day service guarantee for those pests. Your pest issue is roaches. When you contacted our company, you were informed that roach treatments always require a minimum of 3 consistent treatments for complete results. This is specifically why we did NOT advertise roaches to be included in the coupon that you purchased. We noted in your account on 3/15/13 that we told you that we can "reduce our price for roach follow-ups to $50 as long as you schedule them within 30-45 days of previous service." We explained that roaches must be treated consistently within that window of time because there must be fresh pest control product available when the roach eggs hatch every 30-60 days. When we performed service for you on 3/19/13- we treated not only for roaches, but also for everything the "Big Deal Coupon" included (spiders, ants, etc) while we were there. Your invoice stated, "Follow-Up treatments are suggested after 30 days to gain further control of the remaining roach eggs at an additional $50 per month for at least 2 consecutive months." In summary, you were informed that the coupon would not suffice for your particular problem from the get-go, but that we were willing to continue to service your home at a discounted rate to ensure complete results and your satisfaction. We are always willing to work with customers in order to ensure their complete satisfaction but in this particular case, this customer's expectations were distorted from the beginning and no amount of kindness or compromise would have made her happy- short of performing service completely free on a monthly basis. The reason we are and will continue to be an" A-rated, Super Service Awarded Angie's List Business" is because we always educate and inform our customers of realistic expectations and time-frames, provide thorough and excellent service, and we treat others as we would want to be treated. The receptionist/salesperson that I spoke with to schedule my appointment was friendly, professional and patiently answered all my questions. They were able to come by within a couple of days which was great because the wasp nest was on the front porch near my front door. The serviceman was on-time, professional and through. He sprayed all the roof eaves and soffit areas, knocking down any mud dobbers. He removed the larger nest on the front porch and even found a second nest in the back of the house that I hadn't spotted. I'm glad I called to have a professional do this. I was pleased with the service and even signed up for quarterly spraying for general pest extermination.

I heard about them through a cashier at Target when we first moved here.....I have been incredibly happy with the service that they provide. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, and we are pest free, without dangerous chemicals that some might use.....

Joey (owner) and his crew have always been great with the service they provide. When we bought our house we had ants crawling through the air registers, wasps around the decks, and spiders galore. Joey came out and did an initial treatment to get rid of everything. They are always very thorough, and he treated the attic, the house, the entire exterior, and the deck. On a follow-up visit he was even able to determine that our crawl space was the major cause of the issues, and he "bombed" that area. I am on their bi-monthly service after the initial service because they did such a good job. Their chemical product has a residual life of around two months, but is perfectly okay for pets once dried. In addition, they will always come back out in-between if you see anything reappear. We had a wasp issue and they came out as many times as we needed; they even sprayed our barn for us! I cannot recommend them enough; best pest control company in the Tulsa area, and the opportunity to support a great small business!

Called the office on a Monday and scheduled for them to arrive at the home on a Wednesday due to my schedule. They were prompt and arrived within their time frame. The serviceman was clean and polite. He quickly began his work and explained what he was doing and why. I was extremely pleased with the service. The ants were completely gone in less than 24 hours and have been gone for a year. Better than any other service I have ever tried before. I will use them again and have recommended them to everyone that I know.
