Everything went great and I appreciated the updates time-wise.

Perfectly. Mr. Gravette returned my call promptly and asked questions about my problem so that he would have a good idea of my situation before he made the service call. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He could replace the circuit board or repair the board himself. He advised me that the repair might last a few days or indefinitely. I chose for repair...a fraction of the cost of a new circuit board. Service was on 8/26/16. It is now 2/1/17 and the oven is working perfectly. In one trip Mr. Gravette took care of the problem and saved me a lot of money.

The price was good. It went well and I have not had any problems with it.

I called this company after a bad experience with another company that I found here on Angie's list as well.  Mitch was able and willing to come right out-replaced the part and IMAGINE THIS...he had the part with him, he didn't have to leave to go get it.
 I only hope every repair I need in the future on anything could go as smoothly.

Our Kenmore HE3 washing machine stopped draining properly, so I did all the trouble-shooting recommended in the manual and checked the drain trap since we'd had a similar problem with a previous Kenmore. There was no clog in there, so it appeared to be a mechanical problem. I searched Angie's List first since I wanted to try something other than the Sears or big service companies. I called Gravette based on positive reviews here and I'm glad I did. Mitch returned my call pretty quickly after I left a message, we talked about the problem, and he was able to come out the next morning. He arrived on time and had come prepared with the replacement drain pump. After he tested and showed me that the drain pump was beyond repair due to the impeller being broken, he replaced it with a brand new one. During the course of the work, we discussed the pros and cons of different washing machines since this one is getting older and may need to replaced in the next couple of years. Mitch is very knowledgeable and personable and I really appreciated the time he spent making sure everything was running perfectly before he left. I will definitely call him for any other appliance repairs we may need in the future! Thanks, Mitch.

Ice was building up in the bottom of my freezer that was melting and leaving water on my wood floor.  I called Metro Appliance first thing Monday morning and got their message machine.  I left a message for someone to call me back.  I did not receive a call back until two hours later.  They informed me that they did not repair appliances that were not purchased at their store.  I then called Lowe's where I had purchased the refrigerator three years ago and they said they could not get someone out until the next day.  I went ahead and scheduled the appointment.  In the meantime, I went to Angie's list and found that Gravette Service Company had a lot of reviews and they were ALL rated A.  In addition to all the great reviews, I liked the fact that it was a local company.  I called and left a message.  Mitch returned my call within about 30 minutes and said he could come out that very day between 1:00 and 3:00 and said he would call me 30 minutes before arriving.  As promised, he called me 30 minutes before arriving within the window of time he gave me.  I was very impressed with his appearance and professionalism.  He was also very thorough in explaining my options for the repair work.  He got the job done in in a little over an hour and made sure everything was clean and back in place before leaving.  When he gave me his bill I was shocked that it was only $109.50. This was more than reasonable for his time and work.  I will definitely call him again and recommend him to my friends.

Mr. Gravette was very nice, punctual and explained what he was doing. At my house he had to replace one pulley and fix the other. At my son's house somehow a item of my grandson's clothing got down into the lint trap which caused it not to operate. There was also a lot of lint build up. He cleaned all of that out and the dryer worked fine. I will definitely use him again should the need arise.

Mitch was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained in layman's terms what needed to be done. I felt the total cost for the repairs done was quite reasonable. I will definitely use him again.

Was prompt, professional and affordable. Had a dryer that was squeaking so loudly, I thought it
would burst. He identified the problem, fixed it, with parts he already had on hand, and cleaned the lint out of the dryer.

My refrigerator had a water leak on the inside. Based on Mitch's reviews, I decided to hire him to fix the leak. He was prompt, professional and is very experienced in repairing big appliances. My refrigerator hasn't leaked since he worked on it. He is a very pleasant person to work with. I would highly recommend that you use him for your appliance repair needs!

We called the Gravette Service Monday around noon and told Mitch Gravette that the ice maker in our Kenmore Elite had stopped making ice. Mitch was here Tuesday morning after calling to confirm his time of arrival. Our ice maker had started working again Monday night but Mitch took it apart and ensured there weren't any obvious issues. He then installed a new water spout as ours had broken off. Mitch was very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable. He was good to explain everything to me and was very careful not to get water on my floor. Upon my request he took off the plastic part on the ice dispenser in the door so that I could clean it well with vinegar and water. The fee charged was much less than I expected. I will definitely call Gravette for any appliance service needs I have in the future.

IT is working well....better than it has in a long time...I hope the washer is good for many more years.
