They are a national company. Very strong good reputation. Did a fantastic job moving my goods. It was very good. They delivered in a timely manner. They did some packing. They were very expedient. What they did was, because the cross country tracker trailer was not available, they actually came down with a 16-18 foot truck and pick up my goods and took it and put it in storage in Tulsa till the trailer was available. Which then picked it up from the store there in Tulsa and then delivered it to my home. I looked at other movers and they were least expensive. A lot of other movers had a minimum weight by which they charged to move but Graebel charged me by the actual weight I moved. All the items came undamaged. I was dealing with a young lady who was identified with as my coordinator. Who was my primary contact from the beginning of the move to the end of the move. I made several calls and left messages that were not returned. I did make that known to the company when my furniture was delivered. This was their weak part. No question about it I would absolutely use this provider again.
