I killed the rear glass in our Odyssey with a week-wacker missile on a Sunday.  Called them and left a message, and Joe the owner returned my call that night.
He came to my house the next day and replaced it, cleaned up the broken glass from inside the door, gave us some advice on the spoiler since was attached poorly by last mechanic, and left the van looking better than new.
I was impressed with the service and the price overall, and will be calling him first with any issues in the future.
This is a great company, you can just tell.
BTW: my wife was the one who dealt with the repairs and payment, and she felt comfortable with all this.  I feel this is important since so many auto service people treat women like they are inferior.  Sad but true.

I found this company on Angie's List and I was impressed by their reviews. I contacted the company first for an estimate ($65 to repair the ding in my windshield) and then called again to schedule the repair. Two things I really liked about this company were that they could do the repair on a Saturday and they don't charge extra for mobile service. (One company I contacted charged an additional $40 for mobile service!) I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule my repair for Saturday morning. The technician (Joe) arrived on time, explained what he needed to do and was finished in about 15 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant. He processed my payment and let me know what I needed to do to have my insurance company reimburse me for the repair. Working with this business was effortless! I only wish every company was so easy to work with. Their prices (what I was quoted to repair or replace the windshield) are extremely competitive, but their customer service makes them the business to choose! Great experience!

I had to replace my whole windshield and they arranged to meet me at the Cinemark to do the work while I enjoyed a movie! Excellent service, I'd say. The installer completed the work, which also required an hour for the vehicle to sit while the glue dried, during the movie and before it was over. They didn't require prepayment; I was able to inspect the job once the movie was over and then gave them a call to pay with credit card! What kind of company still does that? I was very happy and would highly recommend. Plus, I had called around before I thought of looking on Angie's List and they were $100+ cheaper than their competition. I'm a very satisfied customer.

They arrived later than originally planned, but called several times during the day to let us know their status, and since they came to us, it wasn't a tremendous inconvenience. Once they arrived, they were very quick and precise in their work. The new windshield looks great and they were very professional in their work.

The gentlemen who did the job were OK, but seemed to be in a rush to get the job done and had some minor problems with it. A cold spell hit just after scheduling the appointment and it would have been better to have postponed the installation later in the day or later in the week when it was warmer to allow the windshield to set.
The outer sealing strip never sealed as well as prior to the windshield replacement. It becomes loose and noisy. Perhaps the outer sealing strip should have been replaced at this time or it was distorted during the replacement. Either way I should have been informed about it. Certainly the sales person didn't give me the option or suggestion that it may need replacement.
I could have taken the car back to their shop after the fact, but from a cost and time position I believe I would be as well off having my local garage make the repair.
I read several windshield replacement reviews and I don't recall any suggesting that this sealing strip be replace. I believe it was damaged due to the lack of flexibility of the cold plastic.

They were prompt, polite, professional and fixed my windshield for $75. I can't event tell where the chips were! Love them!

I have used them twice now and they have done a good job both times.
