GERRED'S PLUMBING SERVICE

They made us a priority. They have exceptional customer service. i feel like their price is the best that I've been able to find.

They came in and chopped through the slab to rearrange my hot water pipes. They had to take it over the house instead of running under the slab. The service itself was okay, but the people who came out stole my silverware chest, silverware, hand towel, chicken, toilet paper, etc. The company still has those people working for them. It didn't bother the owner at all to still have those people working for him.

I had to call them out the day after because it was not fixed.  I had to call them three other times to get the job fixed, which they never fixed. I had to call a different company to get the problem corrected. Each time that they came out, they asked for cash money, which did not show on their receipt. They said the extra charge was for mileage. They did not show up in company trucks or wear uniforms.  One of the workers had his little kid with him on the job.

Our washing machine flooded our garage and backed up the kitchen sink. When the young man came to our house he was rude to my husband and wouldn't stop to listen to what my husband was trying to tell him. After he left I ran a load in the washer and the problem was worse not better. When I called the following morning ( they supposedly guarantee their work), I told the office nicely that the problem wasn't resolved and asked for a different employee to be sent and why. He took my number and said they would call before coming out today. NO CALL NO SHOW.

I would not recommend this company, they never showed up for their appointments nor do they call to let you know they will be late or not coming at that day or time. He did show up after 20 calls to see why they weren't at my house at the time they were supposed to be. They worked on the clog for 30 minutes, showing me that it was unclogged with the machine they use running at the time they showed me the clog was unclogged so I paid them thinking it was unclogged BUT after they put the machine up and left not 30 minutes later I called them again telling them the drain was clogged back up but of course I got their answering machine at the place of business and on the cell phone. They didn't return my call or come back by. Turned them into BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Did not get my money back, was very disappointed. Long story short made several calls between us and them and they did not live up to what their ad states in the yellow pages.
