Two memory sticks were placed and it was done the same day, just a few hours after I dropped it off! He also gave me the two old memory sticks. This is the 2nd time I've used this company.

I took my laptop in, they said they would probably have it back to me in 2-3 days; it ended up being 4 days (plus a weekend) but they stuck to their original labor estimate and price didn't change. All my programs were reloaded and it's worked fine since.

They fixed my computer, but I was a little disappointed in the amount of time it took. I brought the computer in on a Saturday afternoon and the technician estimated that they would get to it on Monday, but they didn't get to it until Tuesday. They did call me on Tuesday morning and tell me what was wrong with the computer and how much it would cost to get it fixed, which I appreciated. Once I gave them the go-ahead to fix the computer, they called me back later that morning to let me know that they computer was ready to be picked up.

THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT WHEN THEY COME OUT. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME AND DO IT RIGHT. THEY GET ALL THE WORK FINISHED WITHIN THE THREE HOURS THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE TO DO THE JOB.

THEY WERE AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED THEM AND IT DID NOT TAKE THEM LONG AT ALL, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT EVER SINCE. I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT MY COMPUTER.

I HIRED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I HAD LOOKED AROUND AND THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST. THEY WEREN'T VERY FAST AT GETTING THE COMPUTER BACK TO US AND I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. WE DON'T HAVE MANY OPTIONS HERE SO I GUESS I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF I NEEDED TO.
