I am writing this review because the people at Garbe's treated me wonderfully when purchasing lighting recently. Garbe's is without compare the best lighting store in the Tulsa area. The people there will go out of their way to help and will order lighting they don't have in the store. I got a chandelier for my dining room there that was $446 cheaper than anywhere else I looked, and they special ordered it for me; in fact, the price I paid was much less than the $446 savings from other stores. They get really great deals and the prices if you buy in the store are fantastic. But the customer service is the best thing about this store. I have shopped with them for about 25 years and have always felt they were the nicest and also the coolest store in town; they have lots of gift items and accessories too. When I found there was an Angie's listing for them, I just decided to write and let others know what a great place this is.

We built a cabin on grand lake this summer.We compared prices and quality on light fixtures in Tulsa .The sales staff were knowlegable And eager to help. We had a fixture that was broken when we opened the box.They replaced it without questions.

We were remodeling our home and wanted to install ceiling fans in every room. We visited the store on a Saturday, and even though it was busy, our sales person worked with us to find exactly the fans we were looking for.

Found pricing equal to or better than online pricing by the time you factor in shipping and handling. When initial shipment arrived salesperson notified us there was "an issue" with finish match between pulls and knobs and offered to make arrangements to correct. We agreed on the finish issue and he went to work with manufacturer going over and above what was expected. Overall, very pleased with their desire to "make it right."
