They destroyed several pots and garden decorations as they took off the old roof.  We had to tell them to cover up our plants during demolition phase before they destroyed them.
Terrible to deal with.  Crews did not speak English and we couldn't communicate with them. Left debris on the roof and ground (including a piece of wrapping that was nailed to our roof) - had to have them come back to clean up after they said the job was done. Found dozens of nails on the ground months after job was complete.
Multiple (at least 6) leaks after job was done - we had to use another contractor to fix them. 
Would not respond in a timely manner. Only responsive when they wanted to collect their money.   At several points the owner shouted over the phone because I wouldn't release the money until he fixed what he promised he would fix.
When owner and 2nd in command came to inspect water damage that their roof job had let thru, they tried to divert attention by pointing out areas in our house that they thought were not well constructed.

They were very professional. There was always someone to talk to if you had a question. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up well after themselves. They did a wonderful job. I have recommended them to others who have been just as happy.

More damage was done after the repair than before they came.  I called 15 to 20 times to discuss my service but received no response even after they took my message.
