Prompt and professional communication over phone and email prior to the visit. Prior to the visit, she also emailed us MLS listings for a variety of potential properties. Frankie clearly knew the area and home construction features very well. However, she seemed to have little interest in our specific needs and preferences. For example, although we clearly stated that we wanted a home on a quiet street, she showed us several homes on or near busy streets. We also had to repeat our resale time-line 2-3 times before she got it. She seemed more interested in showing us a set stock of homes rather than in showing homes that suited us. Though we would have liked to hire Frankie for her experience, we chose another realtor who was less experienced but listened to us better.
