Shop diagnosed starter as faulty. Removed and replaced following day when I had time to wait and they could have part in house. Went well as scheduled.

they overfilled the oil. I checked it before leaving the premises and they quickly remedied the situation by draining a little oil out of the engine.

I have always found Four Star to do a great job in advising me and making repairs or servicing my vehicles. They have never tried to up-sell me on any work and, in fact, have on a couple of occasions over the years, made suggestions to help me deal with an issue most economically even when it meant they would not do additional work. I am happy to give them an unqualified recommendation.
