Great customer service. Contacted me day 1. Came out when it was convenient for me. Finished the project less than a week after ordering. Project Manager was on location when installing. Followed up with me after completed.

There was slow/ poor communication after we paid the deposit. We were notified weeks later that our floor choice material was back ordered. It was also a different floor choice than we requested that was ordered. Then we also found out the one we requested was also back ordered. We opted to chose floor material that was in stock. The installation was quick though, and so far the floors look good. The project manager sent me pictures of what was going on. Which was great. At this time the project manager has yet to look at the finished work
