We have been using First Mortgage for two years. We work with Steve Bell. He is always available to answer questions and help in any way he can. This last house we bought was by owner and he walked us though it which was much appreciated as it was the first we had bought without a realtor Looking forward to doing more business in the future.

I called Teena Arnold after being referred to her by my realtor. I was skeptical at first thinking there was some kickback deal with the realtor and this would probably end up being more expensive than other options. Teena took my loan application and gave us an estimate of fees. It took us several months to find the right house, and once we did we locked in an interest rate. A couple weeks later rated dropped by 0.25% and I called back to ask if they could go lower on the already locked-in rate. They did it and it saved me 0.25% on my 30 year loan! Their closing costs are competitive and they do title insurance too. My realtor did not use First Mortgage to do the title and I wish he would have. Would have saved me about $150.
