Chandelier worked fine. When I went to clean the globes today, my handyman could not unscrew 2 of 7 globes. He said firefly either screwed them in too tight or didn't follow thread. When I called Firefly, the new owners (since 2020) said they were not honoring work by the past owner and had none of their records. And "Even if we did, it's been over a year." It has not been a year since I had my vaccine, and I did not allow anyone in my home until both them and I were vaccinated (I doubt they qualified for the early vaccines as I did). Their Facebook page and the BBB say they've been in business since 2015.
