EXPRESS LAWN SVC OF TULSA

On the first visit we had very high grass. There was some scalping in the front yard that I wasn't particularly happy with, but I hate finding new lawn folks and decided to stick with them a bit longer. The first week they didn't realize we had asked for weekly service, and the second week they forgot we were on the schedule. Every time I called I immediately got a person (in an office) who was able to answer my questions and contact the mowers immediately. Now they come without fail every week, and we haven't had a scalping problem since the first week (note that I never mentioned the scalping to them). I am now quite happy with the service and will continue to use them.

Bad experience. The initial mowing was done superbly by the owner's father, who was retired and helping his son. He said he had one crew and his son the other crew. The remaining mowings were all done by the son. On Sept 14 he gouged numerous circles and paths into the lawn. I informed him in an email, and in his reply he blamed the "crew chief." I learned later that the owner himself was indeed there and that he had done the mowing himself. Another week the lawn was scalped all along the sidewalk and driveway: I watched him do this. It was late-September and I decided to let him finish the season. Another week, he cut the lawn with a very large, heavy riding mower. The mower weighed so much that it left deep, wide ruts in the lawn (the ground was not wet). The ruts were still plainly visible the following week when he started to use the same mower again. I came out of the house to stop him. He hadn't noticed the gouges, the scalping or the ruts or anything else about his work.

I AM VERY HAPPY TO HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MY LAWN SERVICE. THEY ARE ON TIME EVERY TIME. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY LOW PRICES.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ON TIME. THEY DO THE JOB RIGHT. THEY HAVE VERY LOW REASONABLE PRICES. I WILL CONTINUE MY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

WHEN I HAD SEEN THE COMPLETED JOB THAT THEY HAD DONE, I WAS PLEASED. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND FAST. THEY ARE ON TIME EVERY TIME AND THEY HAVE FAIR PRICES.

THEY ARE PRETTY RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY FAST AND THE WORKERS ARE FRIENDLY. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS EVERY TIME THEY COME TO MY HOUSE AND THEY HAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE.
