- Very informative and thorough. I felt comfortable in our purchase after his inspection.We knew what items needed to be addressed and details about how to address them. It was very helpful to have the specific information needed for repairs. Absolutely recommend him.

John arrived on time and quickly got to work. He consulted with the other inspectors as he worked. He was also able to recruit a roofer to inspect the roof. This is not an easy task when roofers are so busy! At the end of the inspection, he thoroughly described his findings, explained the importance of the problems he found, and also highlighted some inexpensive and valuable upgrades that we could choose to do for the mechanical systems of the house. The inspection report was well-organized, thorough, clear, and fair. Consequently, it was easier to get estimates and negotiate terms for the work that needed to be done.
